1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NorthMap Digital website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total direct liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Site in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 EUR (whichever is lower).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NorthMap Digital Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us and describing the issue. We will make a good faith effort to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

The parties agree to a 30-day informal resolution period starting on the date we receive your notice. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may pursue a claim in the courts described in the Governing Law and Jurisdiction section.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or others.

The following sections will survive termination: Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law and Jurisdiction, Dispute Resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective 14 days after we post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
